Do you support Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows?

I am a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Partner with over 20 years of experience in the computer industry.  I can support all types of computer and laptop issues including software and hardware problems.

Though I am not presently an Apple Certified Mac Technician, I am in training.  I can support most of your Apple Mac software needs, though I cannot carry out work on the actual hardware.

What are your opening hours?

I am open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 excluding Bank Holidays.

What areas do you covers?

I cover most of West Sussex & East Sussex.

Do you do home/site visits?

How much do you charge?

Can you collect & return my computer?

Yes.  However, there is a charge for this service.  Please refer to my home area map for more information.

Can I drop my computer into you and where is your shop?

I work from a residental property and not a shop.  Home users are more than welcome to drop your computer into me for repair however only by prior arrangment and between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Do you do remote support?

Remote support is only available to "Rescue Me" support plan customers.  Support plans start at £60 per year. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
